About Us

I am a studio artist and the Visual Arts Director at Washington Community Arts and Culture Center(Wash-Arts) as well as a full time instructor in pottery, painting,drawing and paper fun.

My mission is to educate the public about the many wonders of pottery. I do this by teaching, weather in my studio or at Wash-Arts or by demonstrating at shows I do. I also do out reach programs through Wash-Arts.

Company history
A Hopson Potter was founded about six years ago at my home, which has become my personal studio. I give private lessons in my studio. I also create and make my own line of pottery, then offer it to the consumer for sale. This is done through shows,consignment,

internet, local stores and more. I also teach pottery, drawing, painting and printmaking at Wash-Arts. If you go to
